A 5K Run/Walk/Stroll

Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Apopka is teaming up with Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida. At Beef’s we understand the healing power of hope, strength and joy that a granted wish brings to a child. Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is proud to present the St. Patty’s Day 5K dash and bash, a new fundraising event for Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida that will be fun for the entire family.

The event includes:

• A timed 5K fun run, walk, and stroll on a certified running course through the heart of Apopka starting and finishing at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Apopka

• All 5K runners will receive a technical T-shirt and medal along with water, fresh fruit and bagels, and green beer after the run

• Irish themed costume contests

• An after party at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Apopka including the awards ceremony, prize drawings, silent auction, kids activities (1/4-mile Kids’ Fun Run, kids’ games, bounce house and face painting), live music, vendor booths, music, food and green beer.

• Cash prizes to be given to the top male and female finishers.

• Awards to be given to the top three male and female finishers by age group:

• 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60

Event takes place Saturday, March 16th. Race begins at 8:00 a.m. and ceremonies begin at 10:00. Entry fee is $25 for pre registered participants and $35 day of event.
